We assume that substitutions are acceptable in the event that you do not select 'No Subs' at the conclusion of your order.

Please make sure to indicate the preferred ship date at the conclusion of your order. If no ship date is indicated we will ship at our discretion. Please keep in mind that ship dates are approximate. There are times of the year when it is physically impossible to send all orders on the exact date. When this occurs, orders are shipped in the order that they are received.

The minimum order is $20.00. We will send orders for less than the minimum, however we do charge a small order fee of $5.00.

All shipments are made in good faith and become the property of the purchaser when received by the US Postal service or other transportation agency. We do not take responsibility for shipments lost in transit.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You may pay for your order by check, money order, or credit card. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. If you are uncomfortable using your credit card online, you have the option of printing your order and sending it with a check. Simply follow the ordering sequence on the website and choose the print option at the conclusion. We do not send any orders COD.

FOR SHIPMENTS IN THE US (Other than Canada)
All shipments are made via US Priority Mail unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are predicated upon the use of Priority mail. If you prefer an alternate shipping method, additional costs may apply. The shipping costs are tied to the total dollar amount of the plant order. You may view the shipping amount by following the online ordering sequence.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
Shipping rates calculated on the website pertain only to shipments within the United States. We recommend the use of UPS or FEDEX for all Canadian shipments. We only charge for the exact amount of shipping UPS or FEDEX. Please add $20 to cover the cost of the phytosanitary certificate. Payment must be in US funds.

FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE US
Shipping rates calculated on the website apply only to shipments within the United States. We recommend shipping via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL so that your shipment can be tracked. We only charge for the exact amount of shipping via these carriers. All shipments become the property of the buyer when they are consigned to the shipper. We do not accept responsibility for shipments lost in transit. Please add $20 to cover the cost of the phytosanitary certificate. Payment must be in US funds.
